Food for the Starving

There's a way to do something for millions of people suffering a terrible problem: starvation.  With a click of your mouse, the Hunger Site will donate food on your behalf to the starving people around the world.

How does it work? The site, started by an individual, enlists corporate sponsors who donate rice, wheat, maize and other staples based on the number of people stopping here on the internet.  (You're only allowed one click or donation request per day.)  In turn, the sponsors get their names on the site - good PR.  Donations are made through the U.N. World Food Program.
